main critic is : it needs to be sharpened... its really blurry and its distracting

I am not too competent...so I'm not giving any critique, for me, it looks good, and I give you 8 because I too think that it's a bit too much blurred, especially around the nose

Thanks for the comments guy, keep 'em coming!
I think the blurryness (if that's a word) is a negative side affect of trying to keep it looking more traditional, as I was trying to avoid that overly digital look I usually achieve.
